What is searchrAInk?
searchrAInk is an AI brand visibility monitoring tool. It queries up to 8 major AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, and more) to see how they describe and rank your brand, then delivers scored reports with sentiment analysis and competitive positioning.
How does the scoring work?
Every AI response is scored on a 0–100 scale across four factors: whether your brand is mentioned, its ranking position, the strength of the recommendation, and the sentiment of the response. Scores are then weighted across five analysis dimensions — Discovery, Comparison, Use Case, Reputation, and Trend — to produce a single overall AI Visibility Score. This weighted approach ensures your score reflects what matters most: being organically recommended by AI.
What are the five scoring dimensions?
Discovery (40% weight) measures whether AI recommends you without being asked by name. Comparison (25%) tests how you stack up against competitors. Use Case (20%) checks if you're recommended for real-world scenarios. Reputation (10%) captures what AI says when asked about you directly. Trend (5%) tracks whether you appear in broader industry discussions. Together, these five dimensions give a complete picture of your AI brand visibility.
How long does a scan take?
Free scans typically complete within 5–10 minutes. Paid scans run in the background and you'll receive an email report when complete.
Can I try it for free?
Yes — use the form on the homepage to run a free scan with 3 AI models and 10 queries per model. No credit card required. You'll get a full report (same as Starter) but it's locked — you can see your overall score and unlock the full details for €49.
What is a report credit?
A report credit lets you generate one full AI visibility report. Starter users buy credits at €49 each. Pro subscribers get 5 credits per month (additional at €30 each), and Agency subscribers get 15 per month (additional at €20 each).
How does rollover work?
Unused credits carry over to the next month, but are capped at your tier's rollover limit: Pro can roll over up to 10 credits, Agency up to 30. Credits beyond the limit are forfeited at renewal.
What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel a Pro or Agency subscription, it stays active until the end of your billing period. After that, you're downgraded to Starter (pay-per-report) and remaining credits are reset to 0. All your existing reports stay fully accessible.
Can I buy additional reports?
Yes — at any time you can purchase extra report credits. The price depends on your plan: €49 for Starter, €30 for Pro, and €20 for Agency subscribers.
What AI models are included?
Essential (all plans): ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude. Leading (Pro+): adds Grok and Perplexity. Extended (Agency): adds DeepSeek, Mistral, and Llama 3.3 — 8 models in total.
What's the difference between Essential, Leading, and Extended models?
Essential includes the 3 most widely-used AI assistants. Leading adds models known for real-time web access and cutting-edge reasoning. Extended adds open-source and specialized models for the most comprehensive coverage of how AI talks about your brand.
How do I log in?
searchrAInk uses passwordless authentication. Enter your email, receive a 6-digit code in your inbox, enter the code — you're in. No passwords to remember.
Can I monitor multiple brands?
You can save unlimited brands in your dashboard. Each report covers one brand, so you use one credit per brand per report. This gives you full flexibility to monitor as many brands as you need.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from the Account tab in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
